ABOUT PRAMMAVOX

PRAMMAVOX's founder and CEO, Elizabeth Bullock, is one of few people to have spent 3 years working full-time in frontline areas of Ukraine. She left her career in technology and 10 days after Russia's full scale invasion drove alone to Ukraine. There she co-founded and led an independent team, British Expeditionary Aid & Rescue, planning and executing strategic operations. These included evacuating bedridden and vulnerable people ahead of the Russian advance, carrying out a critical drinking water emergency response following the Russian destruction of the Nova Kakhovka Dam and the reconstruction of destroyed villages in the liberated south. Her intimate experience of the war spans the north (Kyiv, Bucha), the eastern Donbas (Lysychansk, Bakhmut, Kramatorsk), the north east (Kharkiv, Izyum) and the southern front (Kherson, Mykolaiv). Her work has had international coverage by BBC News, The New York Times, Le Monde, The Washington Post and in the feature-length documentary film Dear Beautiful Beloved. She returned to the UK and PRAMMAVOX was founded in early 2025.

ADVISORY EXPERTISE
A British soldier serving in a special operations branch of the Ukrainian military once expressed his frustration that although he was deployed in the Donbas, Elizabeth and her team had substantially more experience of frontline areas than he had.
Elizabeth offers advisory expertise to businesses, think tanks, politicians and organisations; to anyone seeking to gain a deeper understanding of the conflict and its ramifications, the geographical and cultural nuances of Ukraine, and the complexities when working with Ukraine's military, its regional and local governments and civilians.
